My Process
My approach to UX design is iterative, user-centered, and collaborative. I believe in understanding the problem deeply before jumping to solutions, and I continuously validate assumptions through research and testing.
1. Discovery & Research
Every great design starts with understanding. I begin by gathering context about the problem, the users, and the business goals.
2. Define & Strategy
With research insights in hand, I synthesize findings into actionable design strategy that guides decision-making.
3. Ideate & Design
This is where ideas take shape. I move from broad concepts to detailed designs, always keeping users and their needs in mind.
4. Test & Validate
Design assumptions need validation. I test designs with real users early and often, using findings to refine and improve solutions.
5. Iterate & Launch
Design is never truly finished. I work closely with development teams during implementation, monitor post-launch metrics, and iterate based on real-world usage.
